Designed from the ground up to support operations in harsh environments, Hydra Duo uses new technology in the video surveillance industry. Hydra Duo achieves exceptional and ultra reliable performance in an extremely robust housing made of die-cast aluminum. Each axle is driven directly without belts or intermediate gears thanks to the iBLDC digital servo drives, providing unparalleled level of positioning accuracy, repeatability, wide dynamic range and fluidity.
Hydra Duo is an extremely flexible platform that can accommodate a very wide range of analog, HD and IP cameras with zoom up to 40x, as well as a wide range of thermal imaging cameras. The integrated adaptive lighting covers at least 150 meters and the rotation is continuous in pan and tilt.
Two variants are available. the unique Uno and Duo cameras, which offer a two-camera system that typically combines a visual camera and a thermal imaging core. A marine version is available for very harsh environments, for example. saline applications.
