ST-400 (402) CAYMAN is designed for search and detection of hidden data capturing devices, mobile phones, SIM-cards and other electronic devices containing semiconductor components. Cayman 400 (402) allows detecting and precise localizing both working devices and even turned off ones. Using this non-linear junction detector operator is able to distinguish natural semiconductor from the artificial one (metal, corrosion, metal-oxide-metal structure).
