Standard PTZ systems move the whole camera body around its center or a point at the back of the camera, the below animation shows that in contrast to this the MIB PTZ camera tilts around its front.

Because the camera pans and tilts always around this point in front of the camera lens, it is possible to create a very small opening for the lens to look through, as it will always face this one point, independent of the pan and tilt position.
For this demonstration, we cut a hole (8mm diameter) in a piece of plastic.
