Modern intervention forces need a reliable portable power supply.
The interventions can last several days, even weeks. In order to ensure a reliable electrical power supply technical equipment, throughout their mission, the soldiers must currently carry a multitude of battery and provide for the replacement thereof, which considerably increases their package. The JENNY 600S fuel cell significantly reduces weight by reducing the number of spare batteries. Thanks to the high energy density of methanol used as fuel, the battery allows, for example, during a 72-hour operation a weight reduction of 80%.
The JENNY 600S battery powers the electrical devices and / or recharges the batteries in the field of intervention autonomously, is easy to use and emits no detectable signature. Therefore, the soldier can provide minimal equipment in terms of batteries and appreciate the reduction in weight and volume. Combined with the Power Manager 3G, it allows you to power multiple devices simultaneously and efficiently. The Jenny 600S battery is already used by NATO forces.
The voltage is self-regulating when used with SMBus batteries and the 3G Power Manager
² In the temperature range of +50 ° C to +55 ° C, operation is only possible for a limited time.
For warm climates, M.35 Desert and M2.5 Desert fuel cartridges are available.
